We are pleased to announce the addition of our latest IntellectualGem, Michael Hess.
Michael (Mike) holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin -- Madison, and a law degree from Marquette University Law School. He practices in the areas of patent, trademark, copyright and contract/computer law. Mike is a patent attorney registered before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is also licensed to practice in Wisconsin and California.
Originally from St. Cloud, Minnesota, Mike was most recently a patent examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in Alexandria, VA (2006-2008). His responsibilities included examination of patent applications in the mechanical and manufacturing arts, including semiconductor manufacturing.
