Anthony J. Bourget (Tony) is an Eau Claire native (Regis High School, 1983). In 1988 he received degrees in Mathematics and Physics with highest honors from the University of Wisconsin - Superior. He received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1991.
Tony began his Intellectual Property Law practice as an associate in the New York office of Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto (1991 - 1993). He continued his Intellectual Property Law practice as a partner with the Eau Claire law firm of Misfeldt, Stark, Richie & Wickstrom. In 2000 he established bourgetlaw.com.
Tony is licensed to practice in various state (NY, MN, WI) and federal courts, and is a registered patent attorney before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He concentrates his law practice in the areas of patent, trademark, copyright and computer law.
